Another target of Operation Backfire, Justin Solondz was indicted for multiple counts of arson, conspiracy and use of an “unregistered destructive device” in 2006 for his alleged participation in an arson at the University of Washington and an arson at the Litchfield Wild Horse and Burro Corral in Susanville, CA.
On December 20, 2011, he plead guilty to a single count of conspiracy and a single count of arson for the arson at UW. He now faces up to 25 years in prison. Justin’s sentencing is currently set for March 16, 2012.

Justin moved – according to EF Newswire, Justin, who was sentenced to a 7 year term in March, has recently been moved to a prison in PA. This puts him closer to his family:
